Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Any dispute that may arise between the Parties in relation to the General Conditions and/or the Contract, including those relating to their validity, effectiveness, interpretation, execution and termination, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court where the customer resides or, chosen by the latter, the Court of Verona.
For disputes referred to in art. 12.1 the Court of Verona will be the exclusive place of jurisdiction when the Customer:

a) is a Professional Customer;
b) does not reside in Italy, contrary to the statements made during the data entry procedure referred to in art. 2;
c) changes his/her residence outside of Italy after the conclusion of the Contract;
d) is unavailable when a civil lawsuit is introduced by Digital Touch S.r.l.
